經第二屆中國藝術歌曲國際聲樂比賽7位評委的評審，下列20名選手晉級決賽。

決賽視頻錄制要求：

1、同時使用2部手機，橫屏錄制決賽曲目視頻。2部手機均須放置在穩定的平臺或架子上，錄制過程中不可以晃動，以免畫面模糊。

2、1號手機，須從演唱者正面錄制，距離演唱者5米，全身入鏡，動作、表情清晰，鏡頭固定。2號手機，須從演唱者左側身后錄制，距離演唱者5米，全身入鏡，鏡頭固定。2部手機的拍攝畫面中，必須能拍到彼此

3、錄制背景整潔，手機可加外掛話筒，不允許使用其他擴音與錄音設備。

4、兩首曲目必須錄制在同一個視頻文件中，且不得做任何的編輯或剪接。2首曲目中間可以休息15秒，選手不可以離開鏡頭的拍攝區域。否則，將被視為無效。

5、選手提交的視頻格式必須為720P的MP4格式。視頻文件名稱格式：“選手姓名+2首參賽曲目的名稱”。

6、如果自己提交視頻至系統失敗，技術老師會幫助你在后臺將復賽視頻上傳至網絡，請將你的決賽視頻、報名注冊賬號和密碼發至：

8、如果視頻提交不符合以上要求算作違規，評委有權按無效視頻評分。

Final Round

Final Round Video Recording requirements:

2. The No. 1 mobile phone must be recorded from the front of the singer, 5 meters away from the singer, with the whole body in the lens, with clear movements and expressions, and a fixed lens. No. 2 mobile phone must be recorded from behind the singer's left side, 5 meters away from the singer, with the whole body in the mirror, and the lens is fixed. In the shooting screens of the two mobile phones, they must be able to photograph each other

3. The recording background is clean and tidy, the mobile phone can be equipped with an external microphone, and other amplification and recording equipment are not allowed.

4. The two tracks must be recorded in the same video file, and no editing or editing is allowed. You can rest for 15 seconds in the middle of the two tracks, and the contestant cannot leave the shooting area of the lens. Otherwise, it will be considered invalid.

5. The video format submitted by the contestants must be 720P in MP4 format. The format of the video file name: "The name of the contestant + the name of the 2 contested tracks".

6. In addition to submitting on the competition platform, simultaneously send the competition video to the following 2 mailboxes:

8. If the video submission does not meet the above requirements, it is regarded as a violation, and the judges have the right to score invalid videos.
